YS Companies addresses our candidates’ temporary and long-term employment needs, be they part-time, full-time, or direct-hire in nature. We partner with our candidates to assess and identify professional skills that our clients look for in their employees. By understanding our candidates’ goals, our staff is able to recruit, interview, evaluate, and hire individuals who are capable of fulfilling client-specific expectations.
Our quality of service is defined by the quality of our candidates. Just as our candidates provide YS Companies with a sense of security, we seek to do the same for our candidates. Paid Vacation & Holidays are made available to candidates who have completed 1200 hours on one or more assignment during a consecutive 12-month period and all field employees are eligible to receive benefits listed in the right-hand column below :
